"I went on a 15,000Km transcontinental trip last summer on a pair of Ravens and have to say I'm truly impressed. They haven't lost grip under any circumstances and have inspired confidence in corners during spirited rides. They are also long lasting - about 18,000Km for the rear on my heavy and torquey bike. Overall, quite comparable to Michelin Pilot Road 2 that I used before, except for the price that's almost half. There is simply no better bang for the buck for a long distance sport-tourer like me."
Pros: Excellent longevity, very good ride characteristics.
Cons: Square wearing, to be expected with a single compound tire.

"I ordered this tire on the 29th of April and by the 10th of June it was worn out. I have a 2010 Fatboy. I was going off what was told to me by a bike mechanic and put 36 pounds of pressure in the tire. The tire called for 42 but I didn't pay attention to that. Now that I know, I am running that in the new tire. In that short of time I put 4K miles on it and it was down to the cords. I did get a replacement tire through the warranty process. Smooth ride and handles good in the rain but that is it."

"so far my set of 009 raven have been a smooth and responsive ride. the front did not need ANY balance weights, the rear tire took 2 small weights instead of the 5 large weights from the old tire."
