"Pros: it looks really good, albeit a tad flimsy (hindsight, should have spent more money on full-metal). Rails fit very snuggly in my Ridgeline.
Cons: while quality of materials is high grade, installation was NOT at all easy. They have 2(!) short videos (why couldn't they already show the process end2end is beyond me), and neither were particularly helpful.
Nowhere in the instructions was it clear where should the canister be physically located during steps 1-3. Before I started any assembly, I ended up placing it in the bed on 2 cardboard boxes, which I mushed to have the canister at the ballpark height. Which turned out to be a great idea when I proceeded to next steps. BTW, 1 person can do everything, no need for 2 people like instructions stipulate.
Installation of the rails looks easy on video (not clear at all on paper instructions), it turned our to me a bit of a hassle to attach them both, since the blanket was prethreaded. To fix (took some playing around to figure it out), I had to roll the blanket a few inches into the canister (very carefully, since it'll keep on wrapping around itself if you let it go), and secured the attached strap around the canister to keep the blanket in place. Then I was able to slide both rails. It took some playing around to thread the blanket back into the rails, requiring some muscle. Then I proceeded to install the rails.
While everything was predrilled, not everything would line up, especially the front rail bracket and the actual rail - I ended up ruining the thread on the bracket screw (step 4) - if I ever have to remove and reinstall, I'm guessing those two are beyond further use.
Overall, if the guys at PE read comments, I would heavily recommend better instructions (video end2end), fewer types of screws, more heavy duty screws (bracket screw was a joke).
GL with your install job."

"I was very excited to get my product, but after my 2 hour install I am very disappointed. I have a 2008 Chevy Colorado and the cover does not fit right. It has two larger openings on each side by the tailgate allowing water to come right in. I called the company and they said because the corners were round it does not fit square. He offered to send some foam to put in there I said okay but also told them if you sell it for a certain vehicle it should fit it, or let people know it is a general fit. I like the product if it fit right, and only recommend it if you have a square box on your truck."
