What else makes the Magnaflow Series Performance so special?

The straight through design offers the ultimate in unrestricted HP and torque for big power PLUS exhaust efficiency. Excessive heat retention is prevented, allowing the entire system to run cooler and last longer. Mandrel bent tubing maintains its diameter throughout its entire length regardless of the bend. Flow capacity in the bend is the same as the strait away...no restrictions mean no added back pressure. Tubing is also perforated to allow gasses to slide through-prevents the turbulence and back pressure found with louvered tubing.
 

What about the muffler?

Each Magnaflow Series Performance Exhaust features a genuine Magnaflow Performance Muffler(s). It's simply one of the best. All stainless steel with no baffles, chambers or louvers. No restrictions-just straight though, wide open performance. Dense acoustical absorbent fill is superior to fiberglass in filtering out annoying vibrations and noises leaving only the smooth throaty tone you want. Straight through stainless steel core is large diameter and perforated to ensure a smooth flow and eliminate back pressure...no restrictions as found in louvered cores. Stainless steel mesh warms up quickly and maintains optimum temperature for exhaust movement-and it won't blow out. The welded lap joints prevent cracking and distortion and the all-stainless construction protects against the elements that can wipe out a lesser built muffler. And don't forget the mirror polished stainless steel double walled tip(s). Superior materials and finishing prevent long term use discoloration keeping them looking their best for years.
