Why is the Denso DP Spark Plug better? First, both the center and ground electrodes are platinum treated for superior corrosion resistance. U-groove ground electrode develops a larger and hotter flash front for more complete combustion. Threads are machine-rolled for trouble-free installation and removal. Copper-glass seal bonds center electrode and insulator together for a gas-tight seal for better heat maintenance. Five-rib design prevents flashover and decreases voltage loss. And the purified alumina powder insulator provides exceptional dielectric strength and thermal conductivity that can stand up to extreme stress. All in all, simply a better spark plug!
