Pros: Easy Install
Cons: Instructions
"I installed this in about an hour on my 1994 S-10 and it was pretty easy. The only con is where to mount the knob inside the truck. I myself would recommend some pictures about the mounting inside because the instructions are vague so I just used the brackest supplied and made a location for it. It engages easily and does what it says it will do."
