Installs easily over existing roof vent—no need to remove it. 12"-diam. intake/exhaust fan constantly pulls in fresh air or exhausts stale air to keep interior more pleasant. High-volume air low: 1076 CFM on high speed (5-amp draw), 957 CFM on medium (3.8-amp draw), 800 CFM on low (2.5-amp draw). Thermostat automatically turns fan on/off at pre-set temperature. Controls mount inside existing vent trim ring. Quiet—fan is roof-mounted, not overhead. Measures 32" L x 19-3/4" W x 9-1/2" H.
