Air Lift's "Drag Bags" solve the torque vs. traction equalization issue for drag racers! On a rear-wheel-drive car, engine torque creates twisting effect which presses down on left rear and right front wheels creating a corresponding lift on the right rear and left front. Every drag racing fan has seen this body twisting action as a car leaves the line. This lift on the right rear results in it doing less work since there's less weight and consequently it will spin the right rear more than the left. To get maximum possible forward thrust, both tires must be equally loaded. Pre-loading your suspension with a set of Drag Bags air springs evens up the loads between the two rear wheels to achieve maximum potential forward thrust.
