"I've only had this winch for about a week and i've used it to pull a feeder that probably weighs about 1000lbs. The winch didn't have the remote plug in socket with the kit was the only disappointing thing, which i believe is being shipped soon."

"I choose this winch due to the complete package for installation, the larger than average motor, longer cable and remote. Good reviews on other web sites.
Pleasantly surprised by their service. The solenoid was faulty--it can happen--so I called the 800 number for the manufacturer. I had overnighted the winch so we'd have it for the weekend. Person handling my service call was outstanding, knowledgable, quickly addressed what I needed and overnighted the replacement at no additional cost.
Highly recommend."
