Gives more power per dollar than any other single modification. A "must" for 4, 6 and 8-cylinder engines, as these engines are equipped with a restrictive exhaust manifold that limits engine operating efficiency and results in sluggish performance. Header lets engine "breathe" better and operate more efficiently. Improves acceleration, ensures better gas mileage and a cooler running engine. You can gain more horsepower over stock equipment with a well-tuned or slightly modified engine. MIG welded of heavy steel with flanges made to exact thickness of stock exhaust manifold. This permits installation for any stock or modified intake manifold, using stock hardware and only one stock gasket, without shims. For straight 6-cylinder and 4-cylinder, one header included; for V6 or V8, two headers included (except where noted). All headers include adaptors or adaptor pipes to connect from collector to stock exhaust. Y-pipes available to work with long tube headersY-pipes eliminate catalytic converter and ties to stock exhaust tailpipe. Depending on application, headers not equipped with smog fittings.
