"These are indispensable! I've used several of these for years with absolutely no problem. The weather here is very unpredictable and regardless if it's on the Harley or one of my other vehicles, I can always count on a fully charged battery. The o-rings attach directly to the battery terminals and the quick dis/connect takes only seconds to plug in. Walk away and forget it unlike a trickle charger that needs to be disconnected and could overheat your battery. NONE BETTER!!!"

Simply the Best

Pros: Why replace your battery every 3 years?
Cons: None
"I purchased a Battery Tender Junior from JC Whitney about ten years ago for my Harley Wide Glide. I always connected it after a ride, and the battery was just as strong as new, when I sold the bike after more than six years! I now connect the Battery Tender Junior to my Harley Ultra Classic, which is around three years old, and the battery is like new. If you own a motorcycle, you MUST also own (and use) a Battery Tender Junior. The Battery Tender Junior is about one third the price of a Harley battery, and it makes the battery last two (maybe three) times longer. It's a no-brainer. Buy one of these now and save money!"

Money Saver!

Pros: Easy to use, install. No hassles. Save $$$ on new batteries.
Cons: Extra leads from Manufacterer lil pricey.
"This is the 2nd Battery Tender I now own. The first one I bought in 2006 and its still plugged in today. I have used this on several ATVs and 2 different MCs over the last several years and it has saved A TON of money on powersports batteries.
For example: At one point I had 2 ATVs and 1 MC all at once in my garage. The combined total of replacing all 3 batteries was over $400. The local shop recommended to get a tender, so I bought just the one and 2 extra leads and just rotated it between machines each month. Normally you will get 2-3 years of use out of a battery on stuff like this, but I have gotten 2x that so far. The MC sits over the winter and every spring just unplug, hit the switch and go. Same for the ATVs in the summer. I bought a second one to use on my riding mower that is in a different building. Not sure what the cost is to run each month but I havent noticed any difference on electric bill. Battery tender= $28, New Battery (cheap one at that)= $50. Definitely worth it.

Battery Tender Junior

Pros: Easy set up, good price
Cons: None, I guess
"Really nice way to keep the battery from failing due to neglect over the cold Illinois winter. Beats the old trickle-charger-on-the-timer method, which works OK, but not as well as this dedicated tool."
