"I have a 2011 Harley sportster iron which is nearly as low as the superlow sportsters which come with lowering kit already installed. Because the bike is so low to the ground (for us short folks) my regular bike jack simply will not fit under it; a regular hydraulic jack is also not so portable as this is. Without measuring it I'd guess the height of the jack fully lowered is well under 4". I looked at other products of this type also around the same price. This one comes with a large flat plate with rubber frame supports and two separate supports that slide on that also have two sizes of rubber frame supports. With the wings this jack should be very stable, it's the same as pictured above. Very satisfied although for the price I think they could supply a darned handle. With the attachment this should work with any motorcycle I've ever seen. Wait for free shipping promotion as shipping would be expensive if you have to pay for it."

Cons: need your own socket wrench & 1" socket to use it

"Kudos to JCW for a heavy duty Scissor jack at a great price. Did a lot of research on function/quality/price. Many bike jacks out there that are more pricey and less sturdy. Plus free shipping iced the purchase (thank you JCW)! Sears had the exact same jack online for more money and attachments were not included. Planning on using it to raise the bike for winter storage and routine maintenance during the riding season. It's a "must have" for any rider."
Pros: Multiple attachments included to allow various positions under bike
Cons: Need a one inch hex socket/ratchet to raise and lower jack

"STRONG STERDY AND LIFTS WITH EASE. COMES WITH TWO SETS OF LIFTING CRADLES WHICH ARE PLASTIC COMPOSITE TYPE MATERIAL, JENTLE ON YOUR FRAME. I PUT MY FRONT WHEEL IN A CHOCK WHICH HOLDS THE BIKE LEVEL THEN JACK THE REAR WHEEL UP FOR EASY CLEANING, ALSO ITS GREAT FOR KEEPING WHEELS UP DURING LONG STORAGE. SAW SIMILAR ONES ON LINE AND IN E-BAY BUT THEY WERE A LOT MORE MONEY AND THE BLACK JACK COMES WITH THE ADAPTER PLATE FOR LIFTING BOTH WHEELS AT SAME TIME. I SAW THE BLACK JACK ON LINE FOR A LOT MORE MONEY THAN JC WHITNEY PLUS I GOT FREE SHIPPING."

"Excellent product for use with motorcycle repair table/lift for use when changing tires, sevicing head bearing, setting 'fall-away', etc. 1000# rating; low enough to be easily placed under frame; comes with two adapters sets and with composition grooved frame supports. Cost is less than half of other similar motorcycle frame jacks. A very good value. Well constructed. Note: Item shown in photo is the Direct-Lift service table and NOT this jack (Black Jack 1000)."
