"I used these pads to replace a set of Kevlars on my Roadstar Silverado that had worn out rather quickly as is normal for them. (softer compound) I didn't think a standard organic pad would have the stopping power of Kevlar, but it does! Good steady stops with no noise or grabbing and no black brake dust all over my whitewalls. If you want to spend the extra $$ on ceramic or metal pads go ahead, but these will get you by just fine and may save you a few bucks."
