HIGH PERFORMANCE CHROME PLATED OIL FILTERS
  • Dress up your exterior and keep your engine running clean on the inside!
  • Sturdy 17 mm wrench nut, makes oil filter removal quick and easy. Heavy-duty construction
  • Resin-impregnated filter media provides maximum filtering surface for contaminant removal with higher flow rates
  • Anti-drainback valve (where applicable) eliminates dry starts, prevents oil from draining back into crankcase during engine shutdown
  • Internally lubricated gasket provides positive seal while allowing easy on and off of filter
K&N Performance oil filters contain a modern synthetic filter media, designed for ultimate flow with less pressure drop, yet engineered for outstanding filtration to meet or exceed all OEM specifications. All K&N powersports "spin-on" oil filters feature a heavy-duty metal can with a 17mm nut affixed onto the end that allows for easy installation and removal. The 17mm nut is crossed-drilled so racers can safety wire the filter to their bike.

Pros: easy to use best idea for an oil change

"It took me 30 minutes to take of the original filter and i opened the box to this thing and a sigh of relief .Oil filters are to hard to get a filter wrench around but with this you dont have to Some brilliant mind put a nut head on the end 17mm if i remember you just ratchet it on and your done cheap price too"

"Looks great but wish they just made a cover that would fit over the oil filter, which would be cheaper in the long run."

Pros: looks good, love the hex head on the case!
"Looks good on my bike (05 Vulcan 800) and that hex head on the end of the filter makes changing it a snap! Much better than trying to squeeze a filter wrench in there...
Now I need to get a chrome radiator screen to match!"
