"Second Curt hitch I have bought through J.C. Whitney. It was a pleasure doing business with them , product was on my back porch in two days. I had some questions during the ordering process and the representative was very curteous and resolved my concerns. Thanks J.C. Whitney , I will be returning."
Pros: Easy to order, helpfull representative, part was as stated and good fit.

"Shipping was lightning fast, all parts and instructions were included. Unfortunately, the width of the hitch seemed to be almost 1/2 inch too narrow. Also, IF it did fit, I could see that the bracket for carbon canister (passenger side) would have had to be modified to be reinstalled appropriately. See my review for the Hidden Hitch class II model which DID fit (with 2 extra spacers) for this same vehicle. Dealing with customer service for the return was quick, efficient, and free!"
Pros: Relatively simple install, includes receiver and pin, includes bolt threader, great value
Cons: Didn't fit my 2004 Subaru Outback Wagon (Base)

"The Curt hitch selection for volvo v70 2005 can be confusing. The sub-r model claims to fit the 2005 v70 but does not. I selected the less expensive model which was guaranteed to fit the 2005 volvo v70 and ended up sending it back. Great customer service but a pain to ship a trailer hitch back!"
