"Came quick. Hassel free install took about an hour even with locktighting all nuts and painting over nuts and bolts after, as well as replacing the plug.
What more could you ask for?"

"I ordered this hitch receiver from jcwhitney so I could attach a Thule bike rack to my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The package arrived at my door 2 days after I ordered it. When I opened it, I was like "ohh yeah, that's what I'm talkin about" then I installed it right away which only took about 10 minutes or so. The installation instructions suggest you remove the rubber mufler hangers (which lowers the mufler a little bit)to ease the install. I was able to finagle the bolts in without the muffler step which is why it was so quick to install."

Cons: not made for a 2000 grand cherokee
"online catalog sez item #13048, 2000 grand cherokee,which is what was sent.installation sheet sez '93-'98 grand cherokee. installation sheet is correct.there is no way, no how that this hitch will fit a 2000jeep grand cherokee. i just hope i can return/exchange this piece of scrap. i'ts not bad enough that i'm set back in my schedule, i now have colder weather to contend with. not happy."

"Arrived in 3 days. NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. Bolted right in my 06 Endeavor according to the directions. Installed in less than 45 min. Great price, excellent quality and craftmanship. I highly recommend to anyone with a Mitsu SUV. Thanks for such a GREAT product JCW."
