"I did a lot of research to find the right hitch for my volvo xc90. Ran across this site, found a quick way to find a hitch that fit. Read the reviews, ordering was quick and easy, the product arrived before I expected it, and the instructions are foolproof. Even found a youtube video on how to do it. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL! They saved me a lot of time and money by not having take my vehicle in and have one installed."
Pros: Easy to identify which hitch I needed, priced right and shipped fast!

How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? First Time
"I refuse to pay Nissan $600 to have the factory hitch installed, but I also refuse to get one of those strap-on bike racks (especially for 4 bikes!). After internet research and seeing two Muranos on the road that had hitches installed (U-G-L-Y), I decided the one I wanted was the Hidden Hitch. I kept checking around online when I had the chance, and when I saw the JC Whitney site not only had the best price, they also had a promo code for 10% off plus free shipping that was expiring that day...I ordered on the spot - along with the receiver adapter so that I can continue to use my existing bike rack. The next day my adapter was delivered, and the JC Whitney site had a new promo code for 15% off and free shipping (go figure). Two days later, my hitch was delivered. Too awesome! It took me a month to get the hitch installed (I don't have the tools, time, or the upper body strength to install it myself). So it's finally installed and it's BEYOOTIFUL! The only part of the hitch that's visible is the receiver, and no alterations to the bumper at all. It's the only one I've seen on a Murano that isn't U-G-L-Y. My total expense for purchase and install? Barely over $200. (It's almost enough to get me to use one of those dorky emoticons here.)"
Pros: exactly as expected, fast shipping, great price
Cons: A better coupon code showed up the day after I purchased.

"Fits my 80 CJ 5, easy to install, very clean fitted look. Fast delivery, first shipment was damaged on its way and returned by shippers so i never saw it, replacement was sent and received in 3 days. Great customer service on phone which is rare these days. Have some more products to order now, restoring 1980 Jeep."
Pros: Easy install
Cons: A few missing bolts but replaced easy at NAPA

"Alot easier than I thought it would be.There were 2 frame nuts that I had to re-tap to clean the threads -simple"
Pros: looks great on 2005 uplander lt. Only had to drill 2 holes in frame to mount.
Cons: Make sure you have good drill bits to drill in frame.
