"Nice Work! The CURT trailer hitch receiver I purchased and installed on my '96 Chevy Suburban has been great. I had previously bought a competitor's product at a local auto supply store and it's statement of being a universal hitch and easy to install simply wasn't true. In contrast, the CURT hitch fit my Suburban perfectly from lining up the bolt holes to having a large hole cut out for the rivet on the chassis. "Over the years I have bought several brands of hitches and with Minnesota being in the " "Salt Belt " " those other brands always seemed to deteriorate in a year or two with the paint fading and rust developing. I have had my CURT #13591 hitch on my 2004 Saturn Vue for going on three years and it still looks new with no sign of fading or rust. The installation of your hitch was by far the easiest
"I just installed a rear mount CURT #13534 hitch on my new 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, I am 73 years old and over the years I have installed many hitches and they were always a challenge because a custom hitch was an approximate fit and I had to also drill some of the mounting holes, most took the better part of the day and also required some welding just to get it done. The installation of your hitch was by far the easiest I have ever put on, it fit perfectly in every way and as the installation sheet stated took less than an hour, I just wanted to thank you for doing what you say about your hitches, they fit and are well made. Thanks, Roger."
The fit & finish on the CURT hitch is top quality!
"I chose the CURT hitch because of the extra mounting points, too. I liked the idea of more tongue weight and towing capacity, even though the Pat isn't designed for the weight capacities of the hitch (I have no plans to exceed the Pat's limits; I just like to have more than I need!) I haven't had any muffler clearance issues or rattles with the CURT hitch. The extra drilling for the two additional mounting points wasn't a big deal, just make sure you are prepared for the burning hot slivers of sharp metal that rain down on you while drilling! I had the small gap between the hitch ears and the Pat's frame, but I slipped a large washer in place and everything pulled together tight. The fit & finish on the CURT hitch is top quality - well worth the extra few bucks."
