"for a 100 dollars thought it would be metal, just plastic, said drillless, NOT 98 chev 1500 no holes, had to drill then after having to drill couldnt shut hood the screws provided had like 1/4 inch head couldnt even close hood had buy flat head screws to make it work.shipping too much to return do not buy this garbage"

Pros: quick installation, great drilless rubber toggle nuts

"this shield looks awesome on my 2010 Sierra crew cab, installation only required a screwdriver and took less than 10 minutes. So easy a caveman could do it. Accents the chrome packsge on my vehicle very well."

Pros: Looks great on the truck, gives the front end a briter appearance.
Cons: Did not fit properly,
"This was installed on a 1994 GMC, Suburban, 2500. The trim mounting surface was wider than the engine compartment opening and I had to modify it to fit the truck. Had to shorten the mounting surface by about 3/8" so I could close the hood. Still only took about 20 minutes to install. I also felt it was a little pricey."
