" I have a 1977 Chevy 3/4 ton 4x4 and I always wanted to install a Dixie horn on my truck, but I didn't want an eleven note horn.
Thank you JC Whitney for offering the EXTREAMLY AUTHENTIC 12 note Dixie horn. If you were a fan of the Dukes of Hazard like I was and still am, you will love it.

" This product was horrible. You get what you pay for, and remember this key word. Universal....... Maybe on certain vehicles if would fit perfect, but on a handful of vehicles I looked at, under the hood there was not enough room. The company only gives you so many feet of hose also. They need to resize the horns. You look under the hood of todays cars, or heck even under the 90's and 2000's and you wont find enough room. I have also been a mechanic for over 15 years, so I do know what I am talking about. Not happy with product. Definitely would not by again.. "

" I purchased this horn back in May, only took about 4 days to get to me, I installed it as soon as it came in on my 97 Lifted Jeep Cherokee Sport, I actually replaced it with my stock horn and it's great! It turns everybody's head when you hit it! I haven't had absolutely any trouble, only thing is if you replace it with your stock horn be sure to unplug your stock horn or it'll play them with the Dixie Horn. Also, it requires at least a 15 fuse, I put a 30 in my jeep instead and it sounds great and it's the perfect speed and sound just like the General Lee! Everyone that hears mine wants to know where I got it and how much, your local auto parts store sells electronic ones but theyre not loud and sounds more like a musical tone with a speaker. I would recommend this to ANYONE however I don't cause I like to be different and don't want people copying me with my horn especially in a lifted jeep cherokee since they're everywhere these days "
