Pros: Way better than the stock Civic horn
Cons: It doesn't inspire as much fear as I had hoped
"I bought the dual low tone/hi tone to replace the laughably dinky stock horn on my Honda Civic. These did the trick. Installation was easy, even for someone who never works with electrical stuff, and I am no longer embarassed to honk the horn.
That being said, don't expect to shatter any windows or send the neighborhood kids ducking for cover when you lay down on the horn.
They sound about the same as the stock horns on an American van or truck...which is way better than a Civic horn...but not worth upgrading if that's already what you have.
Tip: Secure mounting brackets for both horns using the same bolt."

Pros: easy install, fair price, work fine
Cons: Not as loud as I expected, but still pretty good
"My horn(s) failed on my old Volvo wagon, and these horns slipped right into place. I used the same brackets, just bared the old wires and clipped on new slip-on connectors. Piece of cake."

"I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about unless he purchased the high frequency horn ONLY.
I bought both this unit (the HIGH frequency horn) and WX133191 (the LOW frequency horn) for my 2004 Honda Pilot. When you install BOTH units together as it suggests in the catalog, the improvement over the stock horn is HUGE - when you lay on the horn, people take notice!!
My wife was driving the vehicle just the other day and someone didn't look while changing lanes and was about to hit her when she laid on the horn. She told me the lady driving the other car NOTICEABLY jumped in her seat upon hearing the horn and quickly got back into her lane.
I have had more than one experience where this horn scared deer off the freeway saving me from an accident!!"
