Pros: Excellent fit
Cons: No negs worth mentioning
"I had my flares and the lower part of my truck painted before installation. Installation was straight forward. Biggest problem (not really a problem though) was aligning the screw holes to the clips on the rear flares. There are only 4 clips and it requires some pressure to get the holes to reach the clips. The pressure is necessary for a tight fit. I am very satisfied.
Painting the flares and lower area takes away the "work truck" look of a white long bed truck.

"Installing these flares is not that tough but it takes more creativity than rigid adherence to any rules. The instruction sheet that comes with the flares only has a couple sentences on how to do it and is more focused on how to remove existing molding and other prep considerations. The clips that come with the flares were worthless at least on my Ranger since the curved sheet metal on the wheel well edges doesn’t allow their use. You also can’t really use clamps to hold the flares in place during installation either if you have rust protection plastic inserts in the wheel wells that are attached to this metal edge (like most better models) since it means there is no real exposed edge. By far the best way to do this is to have another person hold the flare in place as you attach the first couple critical screws on each one. Since the most critical fit is where the flare goes over any ridge in the sheet metal, start at this point to make sure you don’t end up with a gap and then work in either direction from there. Be careful not to push in on the flare too much since this could end up forcing the outer edge away from the side of you truck. If you have existing mud flaps that wrap around the fender they are probably not going to fit once you install the flares. I ended up just installing flat mud flaps versus trying to modify the existing ones. The flares themselves are a well engineered and good looking product and the final look is great!"

"It
took me an hour to get all the tools and the flares out and identified
and the first one installed. But the rest went on in about 20 minutes
total.
One additional tool really helps. Use a pair of vise grips to hold the
flares in place while you get the first couple of screws in.
I did not predrill the holes. The screws provided drill their own holes
when driven with an electric drill.
I love the final product.
