How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? Multiple Times a Year
"The box looks good and was easy to install, but the 13 by 8 cover takes up a lot of space so be prepared for that--and the 11 by 6 hole is no tiny thing, either. As I always do, I replaced the mounting screws included with stainless steel ones. I repaired the broken hose fitting using SuperGlue and clamping for a few hours. I replaced the lock (no retaining nut and too-short dog) with a $5 one from Ace Hardware. Hookup to the inlet valves was easy using Watts Water-Pex fittings that I got at Lowes Home Center (these are super easy to install and are easily removable). I have seen these shower boxes on new RVs but our 87 Citation Class C didn't have one; and, after using the one on my brother-in-law's new Lance camper, the wife and I were hooked. The operation is simple and the spray wand puts out a good patern."
Pros: Easy to install. Hook-up to the valves is easy. It's attractive when installed.
Cons: Lock has no retaining nut. Mine arrived with a broken hose fitting.
