It's certainly a replacement strut mount,

"I could wax on philosophically about the many ways this GABRIEL OE REPLACEMENT SHOCK AND STRUT MOUNT affected my life and allowed me to reach my full potential at long last. How it allowed my car to once again leap tall buildings and conquer the elements like it did in it's younger years. But alas, it is not meant to be. For words alone cannot possibly conjure up the shear majestic imagery required to properly portray the story.
Instead I will state that this is a strut mount replacement. It will replace your current one. The bolts being the correct thread pattern was a nice touch."
