"Since it appears that Toyota no longer makes this part, you will need to either visit a junk yard or buy a universal one like this.
If you choose to buy the universal one, you are going to need to make some minor modifications. However, the modifications are not too difficult.

You will not be able to use any part of the factory housing, including the "light ring" with this universal lighter. It simply will not fit into the stock housing.
It comes with its own housing that barely fits into the cut out in the dash. You will need to use a good deal of force to make it sit flush in the cut out - it is slightly tapered to help it stay in place once you install it. It has not shifted since I installed it, but it if does, I'm sure a bit of electrical tape or superglue will keep it in place.
As for the wiring, you will need to remove the plastic female connector that your factory lighter plugs into. Once you remove the plastic from the factory wires, you will notice that the power and ground wires have different size openings letting you know which wire should go where. The power and ground on the universal outlet fit into these nicely. The ground is on the housing itself, and plugs into the ground, but you should use electrical tape to keep it secure. The power (red wire) that comes with this universal outlet has a fork that fits into the respective power connector.
Overall, it is a fairly straight forward installation."
