What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receipt. As long as you return the product within this time period, and without any damage or missing components, you will be eligible for a refund on your return.

How do I return a product?

We offer two ways to return a product: Using a Smart Label or Requesting for an RMA number.

Smart Label return labels are a quick and easy return option. A Smart Label is a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label that you can use to return your product back to us.

Upon receiving your product, please check your invoice for an attached Smart Label. Choose from the options below depending on if you have a Smart Label or not.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. We have partnered with Bongo International, a third-party international payment and shipping institution, to deliver products in countries outside US. You can avail of:

  • Full landed cost (duties and taxes) billed upon checkout.

Do you price match?

Yes. We search our competitors' pricing every day to make sure we have the best price in the industry and we include free shipping. Eligibility for the refund is for products purchased that meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be the exact same make, model, color, manufacturer, etc.
  • The online merchant must be an established Internet site as determined bt JC Whitney.
  • The JC Whitney will discount the purchase by refunding the difference in price against the original method payment.
  • Price matching does not include state sales tax. Therefore, applicable state sales tax will be charged on top of the price of purchase.
  • We do not price match auction sites such as Ebay, Overstock.com, and Amazon.com.
  • Limited to only 3 claims in any 90-day period per customer.
  • JC Whitney reserves the right to limit the quantity of identical items per customer.
