Pros: Mounting and appearance were just like the old one
Cons: The mogule plug(Power plug connector) does not mate with the original
"The overall appearance and fit were pretty spot on with the original. The only negative is the power connector did not mate with the original Toyota plug. You will need to splice the old connector from the original mirror to the OEM mirror. Easy enough to do if you have 22awg phone wire type splice. Just a bit of an annoyance in the overall installation. The wire color codes match so it was straight forward."
