"After replacing the stock third brake light twice, I decided to go for a custom look. The factory light melted twice. The dealership couldn't tell me why, so after paying $100.00 each time for an original replacement I decided to try LED. The Bully version from Pilot Automotive and IPCW were my only choices. Recon at this time doesn't make one for a Toyota Tundra. I just installed the Bully third brake light and it seems just as bright as the factory if not brighter. I went with Bully because the cost was a little less than the IPCW version. And still less than the Toyota factory part. Be prepared to not have any installation manual when you buy Bully's third brake light. I had no problem installing because I had done it twice already. For the money I believe Bully is a great product. I wish I would have done it sooner."

"To the right mounted inside is a plastic wire clip(follow wire with your fingers), defeat this with a screwdriver(2 plastic pins in small holes, just push them out) Now you can reach in to the right and find the wire, disconect plug and pull it out. Light looks great, got the smoked one. However the stock light was 3 times brighter. Can be seen well from a distance, but does not shine in the bed-almost useless as a cargo light."
