"One of the four shocks had the paint scratched off where the bolt installs through it to attach it to the truck. So the shock was used. Probably a return for a shock that didn't fit for someone else. I was in a bind and had to install it otherwise I would have returned it to JCW. Also the rubber parts were missing on that one shock. The othe 3 were perfect and they all installed easily. My truck rides much better now and tows better too."
