"The window regulator is well build, the frame was off a small amount. My problem like other reviews is that the gear on the new one had fine teeth and the old one were courses. To solve the problem I took it apart and used the old gear and old frame so that everything now lines up. Beware it was not that easy to do."

How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? Multiple Times a Year
"I started by watching a few videos on YouTube and got an idea of what I would be getting into for this project. The factory installed it with rivets so those will need to be drilled out and you will have to get some new hardware to replace them. I used locking nuts so I would not have to worry about them comming loose over time. The removal and instal is fairly straight forward, no real suprises with this project and I was finished in about an hour. Works just like the factory part and the auto windown feature still works with the replacement. Great value, fast shipping and I would reccomend this product!"
Pros: Fits in just great and works fantastic!
Cons: Hardware not included... not that big if a deal though.

"overall a good product it feel as though it is built cheaply but you get want you pay for. It fit my 2005 audi a4 without a problem. The hardest part about the installation is getting the door part once apart it is a breeze."
Pros: same as the orginal
Cons: Feels cheaply made but not terrible

"Left side rear(driver's) worked fine but the right side rear was wired backwards(worked in reverse)! I had to pay my mechanic twice to install and de-install after JCW sent me a replacement. The replacement was wired backwards as well!!! He was able to reverse the wires in the factory wiring harness to make it work. So if you plan on purchasing these regulators be prepared to makes some modifications to make them work. I would recommend purchasing Doorman brand, I have them installed in the front and they work flawless."
