"I reciently purchased the product shown. I am not exactly sure how you can say this works for a XC90. It uses a fiber optic amp. So there is NO way this will work. Plus the XC has a CAN bus type system. NO 12v ign at the dash. The to make it worse so is the factory antenna connection for the dash up to the headliner. Also you will lose the back up sensors as well. What is the point of pulling the radio..

"This harness made installation of my radio an ease. Took harness from radio and attached all wires from the new radio harness to this harness on my kitchen table, went to the car, took out old radio, plugged in the original radio harness from the car, and then plugged the harness that came with the radio and it was done! It's even got the colors to match the colors on the radio harness to make it easier. Only problem I had was having to stuff the plug somewhere to fully push the whole radio in, but that was easily resolved. Just so you know I used this for changing a radio on a 2000 VW Beetle and installing a Kenwood radio.
Make sure you tape all of your left over wires and the ends so you don't have anything short out on your new radio.

Pros: Fits perfect into the original harness.
Cons: Had to find somewhere to sqeeze the harness into dash
