Escape w RS9000,

How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? Multiple Times a Year
"So I have modded my 2008 Escape XLT. The suspension was tuff since there was only one kit available at that time that I was aware of. I have used the 9way RS9K since 2008. I was in a jeep club and to my own surprise The modded Escape w a 2" lift and other mods kept up as long as there was no crawling involved. The 9K are great on flat and rutted dirt especially if you have the luck to be going a decent rate of speed. After experimenting the RS9K adjustable rear shocks ride smoother on my Escape at a higher rate of speed. They are stiff when on the HWY. if you can find a decent front strut, arent afraid to take the Escape out and put the Rancho RS9000's to use for what they were designed for you will be surprised at what the Escape is able to do in the dirt, mud and snow. I run Destination AT's w my RANCHO shocks. Love the 9K on the Escape as they allow the daily driver to become a weekend warrior."
Pros: allows the ford Escape to become a open trail rig w/o problems as long as there is no crawling involved
Cons: even on the softest setting the RS 9K is stiffer then the RS5K in my opinion
