- Remanufactured to exacting specifications
- No core to return
- Easy do-it-yourself installation
Replace your old or damaged drive shaft to restore proper operation. Every shaft assembly is remanufactured---not rebuilt---to ensure long and trouble-free service. All shaft assemblies are completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Only components that meet OEM specifications are reused. All other components are replaced with new or OEM-specific remanufactured parts. All shafts are reassembled with new joints and CV centering kits with grease fittings and then completely greased with the proper lubricant. All shafts are straightened and computer balanced and tested to closer tolerances than OEM specifications and thoroughly inspected after final assembly and balancing. Limited lifetime warranty.
ORDERING THE RIGHT PARTOne way to ensure you are getting the right drive shaft for your vehicle is to verify the part with same OEM number on your existing drive shaft. Or, you can match up measurements. Measurements should be taken when shaft is compressed to the shortest length possible.A. Measure from the center of the U-joint located at the slip-yoke end to the center of the furthest U-joint on the opposite end of the shaft. Most shafts are measured this way.B. Measure the size of the U-joint by measuring across the slip-yoke ears.C. Measure the tube length from the center of the weld to the center of the opposite weld.D. Measure from the face of the flange to the face of the flange. If your application has a flange on one end only, measure the face of the flange to the center of the rear U-bolt.
