"I bought this for my '79 Chevy C10. It was not even close to OEM as far as quality.
The chrome bezel fell off while I was taking it out of the plastic bag it came in!
The plastic piece the latch rod fits into was 1/3 the thickness of the original and pulled right through the plastic on the first pull. And my latch is new and well oiled.
JC Whitney was great about refunding my money, didn't even have to return the part. But it did does make me reconsider any part for JCW that is much cheaper than competitors."
