"I ordered this hood to replace my damaged original it arrived dented and the sales associates requested that I obtain a quote from a body shop which they would then reimburse. hi informed her that this was contrary to the point of purchasing a new hood because I could have brought my old hood to a body shop to have fixed they then reimburse me for the new hood and let me keep it I was disappointed by the fact that the hood was dented but glad that JC Whitney took care of it in a timely and in my opinion the proper manner. They also gave me a discount on a new future purchase"
Pros: refunded the price of the hood. so basically I got a free hood
Cons: .brand new hood arrived damaged. had to take it to a body shop to repair out of pocket

"The hood fit very well, bolt holes lined up and it looks good, but aluminum foil is thicker than this hood, if someone was to sit on it it would surely dent or crumple."
Pros: Fit was perfect,
Cons: Sheetmetal was way too thin
