Easy, but take your time,

Pros: Nice fit, easy to adjust, simple to install
Cons: none
"These are relatively easy to install. Be sure to take your time and make sure they are level. Do a dry fit to eye up where you want them. Install the top screw first, then use a small level to make sure the outside edge is straight. Once level, install a second screw making sure not to move the splash guard. It may take a few minutes to get level, just be patient. Nothing worse than splash guards that are out of level, then they look bad."
