" I'd heard that the Rancho's were an excellent shock, but with them on, I can feel every bump of the road. Just about anything out there causes them to bottom out. I removed 15-year-old shocks that were sturdier. "
Pros: Sorry N/A
Cons: Got me bouncing all over the place

" These shocks are the best shocks I have Ever bought. They look great on my YJ and they took away the vibration I had while hitting potholes and ruts. Even making turns are better with these shocks. I even got the stabilizer shock and wow what a difference. Get these shocks also they are made in the United States and company is based out of Michigan. "
Pros: Looks Great, Easy Install, Great Support
Cons: None

" I purchased these RS5000 "high-performance" shocks for my 2000 Nissan Frontier.
I was very surprised and dissatisfied to find that they were softer than the original shocks which had over 275,000 miles on them.
I absolutely do not recommend these Ranchos.
"
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Way, way, WAY too soft

" the hardest thing about the install was getting the rubber boot onto the rear shocks. A little spray lube did the trick. However, the front shocks did come with the rubber boot, but on my Chevy s-10, 2wd, the hole underneath isn't big enough for the shock to go in with the boot on. So, you have to install them without. The stock one that came off didn't have a boot either, so I'm guessing it won't be a problem. Great ride though. Got rid of all the bouncing my truck was doing. "
Pros: easy to install
Cons: dustboot
