Extremely Overrated Product!!,

Pros: Absolutely NONE!!!!

Cons: Actually LESS light!! Extremely Short Lifetime!! Expensive!!!

"DO NOT BUY THIS BULB!!!

My first SS Ultras lasted 2 months. I thought I had an electrical problem, and thus bought a second pair which lasted 9 months - I hardly do any night time driving!!! The original that came with the car lasted 8 years.

This is an extremely low quality product well marketed by a major light bulb manufacturer using its existing and well-established distribution channels to make the lives of people who actually cares about their cars MISERABLE.

Lifetime: Anywhere between 2 to 9 months

Light output: It actually puts out less light (less lumens) than lower performance bulbs that lasts 5 to 7 years.

DO NOT BUY THIS BULB!!!"

BRIGHT WHITE,

Cons: Life

"Replaced stock lights one at a time. The SS lights are WHITE! The stock lights are yellow looking. They give less eye strain at night and less glare than HID lights.
Replace in pairs or your car will look like it has an electrical issue!
Will buy again!!!!"

HUGE Improvement over stock,

Pros: Availabilty,price,color,spread,pattern,EASY Upgrade

Cons: I get about a year out of a set,(original SS's less time.)

"I've got these in both Hi and LO beams on a Buick Le Sabre,with a relay to hold the LO's on with the HI's. I also use them in the main beams and fog lights in a Ram P/U.
Both vehicles have additional halogen fog lamps,and the Ram also has a pair of long range driving lamps behind the grill with relay actuation.
It's never dark in front of my transportation!
On many runs from Denver to Roswell round trip,they are phenomenal improvements, and I will keep them until someone adapts HID for my vehicles."

"THE SILVERSTAR ULTRA BULB IS NOT ANY BRIGHTER AND DOES NOT SHINE ANY FURTHER THAN THE STOCK BULBS THAT CAME IN MY TRUCK."
