Pros: held up well while driving logging roads all weekend
Cons: tight fittings during initial assembly required some filing
"Overall and good product and mounted easily on my spare tire rack. But...
The slight angle of the base plate shaft off the base plate didn't allow the extention bar to fully insert and thus all the pull pins holes didn't line up. I had to file down the end of the extention bar to match the angle inside the base plate shaft where it touches the base plate. After that, all was good but it added time to the "easily installs" claim.

"A full week of off road abuse off the back of a Jeep Wrangler exploring all of Big Bend National Park in deep Texas and this rack held up with a full 30 gallon cooler full of beverages. I must admit I had my doubts because when you install this rack it tends to wobble in its brace, but no matter what terrain I shook it on, the darn thing wouldn't let go.....very impressive. I would design two outer braces for heavy duty long hauling but thats just because I'd rather be safe than looking over my shoulder."
