Pros: Looks pretty good, seems to mount sturdy
Cons: Poor instructions,"smallish" fit.
"Bought for my 84 Magna V45,ordered the 22.5 " style "Street Shield",from the headlight opening its 17 ",sits a good 4-5 " over my headlight to allow proper "eye/face" coverage,a bit "smallish",thats a BIG gap.Took close to a hour to install (this is my third "universal" windscreen) one lower kept "popping" out. When tightened seems sturdy enough.Looks pretty good, guess the slightly smaller look adds to the sportiness of the bike.Should do the job OK."

Nice windshield

Pros: Looks good, Easy to adjust, Stable
Cons: Hard to assemble, wind buffeting on helmet.
"I agree with all the reviews about the inadequacy of the assembly instructions. They are horrible. Suggestion: use lots of soapy water to lubricate the ball jopints so they will snap together & use a cushioned/protected surface to work on so you don't scratch the shield. I am still trying to find the best position to reduce the helmet buffetting when on the highway. Perhaps a slightly higher shield would have been better for my '84 Honda Magna V30. The shield looks great and adjustments take a wrench but are easy to make. Comparative Price was right!"

Rock Solid @ 100 MPH

Pros: Rock solid, Visually Appealing
Cons: Hinkey fork attachment point, Very poor instructions
"I needed a replacement windshield for my 1984 V65 Magna. I previously had a National Cycle Deflector Shield with adjustable rake. The Street Shield- tinted model is an excellent match for the VF series, in my opinion. I was dissapointed that a stainless steel hose clamp was used to secure the lower attachment point. That's weak. I added a small amount of rubber between the hose clamp and fork to minimize damage. Finally, be prepare to spend some time mounting the unit because of the four attachment points. The installation instructions are virtually worth. Other than a few minor annoyances, I'm very pleased. Ride on."

Great Look, Great Value, Great Functionality.

Pros: Easy (enough) to install, does the job, looks good.
Cons: Mounting hardware scuffs up easily, instructions are useless
"The shipping on this item was quick, I had a problem with the USPS and still got it in less than a week.
The installation instructions were next to worthless. They had a single small diagram that I used to install the hardware. I am moderately mechanically inclined, and it took me about 45 minutes to construct. I put everything together prior to going out to the bike. The four-point attachment system really gives stability, as well as great flexibility in the positioning of the shield.
As I mentioned, the mounting hardware is painted flat black, which looks really nice BUT it scrapes of quickly and without much provocation. Also, in the cons column is the rubber strip they put along the bottom edge of the windshield. Mine is dry and pulling away from the glass.
I positioned the shield about 2 inches above the headlight and slanted it back until it aimed at my forehead. I took it out on the highway last night and while I could still feel the wind on my arms and face, I did not feel like I was being beat to death by 60mph.
Overall an excellent value. It looks amazing."
