Most 1994-2006 stock engines have a wastegate housing that's very restrictive when power increases above 300 horsepower at the flywheel, resulting in high exhaust temperatures. 2001 automatic-transmission engines have a housing that's too restrictive for power increases above 300 horsepower. That's why they need this Super "B" turbo! It incorporates a larger intake/inducer and large 4 in. exhaust/exducer outlet to reach its peak boost pressure quickly with less turbo drive pressure, less exhaust back pressure and lower exhaust temperatures. Ensures more low-end torque and more power than turbos on engines capable of 350-340 horsepower at the flywheel, 200-350 horsepower at the wheel. Broad operating range ensures even power while towing heavy loads or street/track driving. Custom built from Schwitzer SC300 model turbo series. Includes 4 in. downpipe. Can be used with remote-mount exhaust brake, not turbo-mount brake.
