How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? Once a Year
"really smooth construction with an excellent gel coat finish.
i haven't installed it yet but i test fit it and at first was a little concerned because my hood ('66 galaxie) has a convex curve to it.... but a little trimming and a little sanding and it sits nice and flush.
honestly, i wasn't expecting much from this product but was pleasently surprised!

How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? Multiple Times a Year
"this is the best teardrop hoodscoop i have ever come across, great construction,no warpage at all,sits nice and flat and is made heavey duty so no cracks for me to worrie about when i paint it and easy to install in so many differant ways and no matter which way you choose to do it, it comes out looking great, infact its so easy i would let my 10 year old grandson help put it on. this is the third scoop i'v bought from JC Whitney and they all have fit great, actually anything i have bought from JC.W. has been of high quality, 8 yrs ago i bought a high performance kit for my 71vette, pistons,rings,main and rod bearings, and the day i sold it the guy from maryland drove it and could'nt beleive how grest it ran, so i get most of my stuff from JC.W. and with this scoop on it makes my 66 mustang look like a chevy & dodge killer with the other fords running a close second and i love the pattern on top, it makes the scoop look that much more aggressive, thanks JC.Whitney for a great job very well done, Butch"
