"Bought this several years ago for my BMW F650gs. Works great in all types of riding, street and off-road -- never had an issue. (My bike is the Enduro). It easily sat on the Happy-Trails rack that fit my bike perfectly. My Schuberth Concept helmet fits fine. Have used it to carry water bottles surrounded in ice. Nice to have in the Texas heat. I have a black leather lumbar support I can strap to it when I drive 2-up. I am very happy with it and the cost was much less than the BMW brand. Highly recommended!!!"
Pros: Spacious, easy to install, sturdy, inexpensive

"....if you're not expecting a lot for your money you won't be disappointed. I expected the mounting hardware problem (from reviews) and a possible weak latch. What I didn't expect was to find the broken latch in the bottom of the shipping box. The box itself was sealed in a plastic bag; the latch wasn't. So much for quality control at the Factory. Luckily I work for a metal fabrication shop. Rather than return the box for an exchange (and get the same weak latch back) I fabricated one from stainless steel plate. Problem solved. I was looking to just fill a 'need' with this one and it does that quite well. I added running lights with a quick disconnect and reflective tape. It looks good on the back of my 1978 Honda CB400T. If you're not 'handy' then pass on this one. If you are then you'll be okay. The Free Shipping made the deal for me; without it this box isn't worth it though."
Pros: Looks decent and modified easily.
Cons: For a few production bucks more the Factory could have had a winner.
