How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? Once a Year
"Parts are stamped with DF, PF, DR, PR for Driver Front, Passenger Front, etc. The stampings for DF and PF were opposite of where they really needed to be installed. Cost me an hour or more during installation to discover this. Instruction sheet was not adequate to clearly identify bracket orientation."
Pros: Fit perfect with no drilling after some confusion over mismarked parts was overcome.
Cons: Installation instructions could have been better.

"only one problem. Had to do one side twice. Didnt notice different sizes in the spacers . perfect after getting them right. Instruction not clearon spacers"

Diagram is deceiving,

"The diagram shown next to this product clearly shows a measurement of 32" x 19". Unfortunately we didn't read the find print. These steps are 64" long. NOT 32" long. Other that them being twice as long as we wanted, they are a very nice accessory. They need to change the diagram to represent the true length of this step. Also, know that there will be extra shipping costs."
Pros: Sturdy and attractive
Cons: Bigger than diagram shows

"These took about an hour to install. It would have been even quicker if I had the Jepon a lift. They look nice. They seem sturdy."
