hard to find bracket,

"I FINALLY TRACKED DOWN THIS BRACKET. I ENDED UP INSTALLING THE BRACKET UPSIDE DOWN TO ACCOMODATE THE LIGHTS AND THE LARGER WINDSHIELD. THIS REQUIRED A LITTLE "TWEAKING" OF THE LIGHT MOUNTS. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS MEANT TO BE THERE. THE SERVICE AND DELIVERY WERE AGAIN EXCELLENT"
Pros: specific to my 1996 honda shadow ace, perfect fit if you have no other "extras"
Cons: very difficult to just order bracket without lights.

"Good quality product. Be prepared to fabricate additional mounting hardware. There was no possible way to simply bolt this thing on, I made an angle plate to mount to the bike, and then mounted this bar to the plate. Overall, it looks great and puts the spotlights where I needed them. Would do again given the cost difference of the $200 mounts from the big names."
Pros: inexpensive alternative, good chrome finish
Cons: Does not "plug and play" without modification

How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? First Time
"Mounted a pair of Rigid Industries Duallys on this on my 95 Honda VT600. No bouncing, a little tough to first adjust because you have 2 axis on the light, and then a third on the bar.
When I was looking to buy this, I bought the more expensive one (by less than $5) and it came with the mounts to put lights on."
Pros: Cheap, can add own lights, came with clamps
Cons: Why are there two and one costs more than the other?

"This bar looks nice but uses a triple-tree mount that only works with 87 and up Shadows. The 85 and 86 Shadows have a headlight mount that has side brackets. This bar won't work.
I've never found a light bar for the 85-86 Honda Shadows.
Too bad."
Pros: looks like a nice bar, BUT!
Cons: Does NOT fit 85 or 86 Honda Shadows
