XHD Modular Front Bumper System

All components are constructed of heavy duty textured black powder coat painted steel with a tough E-coat under-coating. This tough finish will provide years of heavy duty use. Matching rear bumpers are available for a complete look.

Short Base Front Bumper w/ D-Rings

The Short Base comes in two designs depending on your needs; Integrated Winch Mount for use with almost any aftermarket winch and Light Mount Base(07-09 Wrangler Only) with two light mounting locations. 07-09 Short Base attaches quickly to the frame with two enclosed D-Ring mounting brackets. 1976-2006 mounts to frame with included mounting brackets. Frame mount designs provide the toughest bumper attachment found anywhere while creating 2 overbuilt pull points. Each Short Base includes side filler plates to close up the ends creating an off-roader dream bumper.

Standard Bumper Ends for XHD System

• Standard ends easily mount to any Short Base with six oversized 12mm bolts to turn your short bumper into a full size bumper design.
• Each standard end is recessed to provide the ultimate fit with the short base creating an almost seamless design.

Over-riders for XHD Bumper System

• Standard 60mm round hoop is over-sized to match your front end. This hoop securely attaches to any Short Base and can be used with or without a winch (Cannot be used with a Warn Power Plant winch).
• Off Road "Stinger" secures directly to the frame replacing the standard D-Rings. This mounting point provides the maximum strength for those off camber pulls while providing a great looking bumper design!

The RRC Mount

• Tough overbuilt .120 wall, 2" tubular steel design that provides the ultimate tough bumper in a modular design.
• RRC Style mounts to any Short Base and vehicle fram replacing the standard D-Rings. This mounting point provides the greatest strength and most secure mounting point on the bumper.
• Two oversized back braces mount to the top of the bumper providing an even greater level of strength to this bumper design.
• Side tube wraps cradle your front end providing protection from those large out cropping boulders.
