Pros: fits perfect
Cons: may need to lubricate shaft to install
"Good product and has worked well in my jeep.
I reccomend yuo follow the instructions that come with it exactly. It can be tricky to get it back in the same position--took several attempts fore to get it seated properly but it finaly went in smooth."
