How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? Once a Year
"Received above product and installed it. Rolled down fine, however rolling up made a terrible racket. Removed the glass and tried it unloaded - same thing. Sounded like cable was grinding inside the motor. Returned for a replacement. Haven't received any notice of exchange or the replacement yet (after 2 weeks) so I can't evaluate this any further."
Pros: Exact replacement of OEM
Cons: Bad unit
