Ultimate front-end protection! Beefier, thicker and more massive than any grille guard available! Custom-designed to accent pickup's lines. Die-formed heavy-duty. All are over-the-headlight style grille guards (except where noted as low-profile style) include non-reflective tape on rear tube to prevent glare in driver's eyes. The low-profile style indicates guards are below hood line. Easy, no-drill frame-mount installation for most applications. Optional matching wire frame headlight Brush Guards (19576G sold separately) for center grille guard sections. Bolt-on light tabs (included) let you mount auxiliary lights or heavy-duty rubber push pads (pads not included).

Pros: Chrome looks really good on my 2003 red Dodge...adds more of a muscle look to back up my HEMI under the hood!!!
Cons: Not really an "easy bolt on assemly", but after awhile tweakin it out, got it all tightend up n truned out great...
"I've already told several of my buddies about this Big Tex...and I know of one of them that went off and ordered this same one for his pickup the next day after seeing mine...both of our trucks were definately dressed up alot with all of the chrome....and with the light guards that extend out and around the light, they are something like 1.5-1.875" in diameter...which is really beefy lookin and turns heads when people realize that this aint no puny little brush guard....BUY THEM WHILE YOU CAN!!! You'll be sorry if you dont!"

Pros: Withstands a lot of abuse
Cons: Hardware is standard material and rusts
"I was in an accident with my truck and the only damage was a bent upright. I cant say the same of the other vehicle. The cost of the guard saved me ten times the cost of repairs. I GREAT PRODUCT"

Pros: good looks, easy to install, and well built
Cons: It uses standard sae bolts and nuts which means you need two sets of sockets to install.
"Very good looking grille guard especially for the money. The one down side I found is that the mounting brackets are all galvanized steel. Even when you order the black powder-coat as I did. This requires removing the top (exposed brackets) and sending them out to be powder coated. Luckily I have some down time in which the truck will not be used so I can send them out and get them done. Other than the brackets I am very pleased with my purchase. It is a real heavy duty grille guard and it looks sharp on my truck."
