Great for accessories,

How often do you shop at JC Whitney.com? Multiple Times a Year
"This is a good receiver to purchase to use your 2" slide-in mount accessories on the back of your truck, like bike racks, bed extenders, cargo carriers, etc., and occasional use for light trailers for towing yard equipment. Nice finish, and with all hardware included, mounted on my rust free factory installed bumper with no real problem. Rather heavy, and seemingly over built, but that's okay in the interest of it holding up if you might overload the cargo carrier mounted on it! Also, makes the back of the truck look complete, as trucks should have a hitch receiver, (a guy thing?) or so it seems.
A little lower price would be nice, but JCW still beat everybody else on this price, and, after over 40 years of dealing with J C Whitney, their service and people are still the best! If it's heavy pulling you are going to do, get the sturdy frame mount hitch, and perhaps someone to install it for you, but for accessories and very light towing, this bumper mount is the one for you!"
