does not fit factory holes,

Cons: Not factory width,Screws in plastic
"Not wide enough to use factory screws and mounts.
You have to drill holes into plastic and use provided wood screws to mount.Probally will stay on 1 or 2 months.Leaves factory mount holes exposed."

"Love these door assist straps! I bought a van to customize and it came with a couple of plastic ones that were broken and the rest missing. The new ones have a metal strap that is covered in a semi cushiony rubber type material. I like the way the screws are covered by the chrome insert. These are stylin' and help add a finished look to my doors. They were so affordable that I bought a set for every door.
